Happy 1st Birthday Sophie!

Brady & Hailey's cousin, Sophie, celebrated her 1st Birthday on November 21st! All the cousins were in attendance for the big event.   

 

BSM Christmas Party

A few weeks ago the kids and Brian were able to visit my high school, Benilde-St. Margaret's, for the first time at the annual Children's Christmas Party.

We were able to visit with Santa Claus and surprisingly, H & B were just fine.  I was sure at least one of them was going to loose it! The Held's were also in attendance at the event. Perhaps the trio (Hailey, Sophie and Brady) may someday be classmates at BSM....

 

My little Snuggle Bug

Every once in awhile I am able to get in a picture with the kiddos. I couldn't pass up this special snuggling session!
As you can see, the belly is growing! It is hard to believe little baby Murray is 21 weeks a cookin'! May 4th will be here before we know it!

Cheeri-oooo

Cheerios have quickly become the kids' favorite snack. I just pour them out and there is instant entertainment! As you can see, Moose is the clean-up crew after the feeding frenzy!

My little helper

H has recently discovered the dishwasher. She loves to climb on it when the door is open and see her reflection when it is closed. Moose has unfortunately lost his spot. Poor Moosey!

Sioux Falls Weekend

The family went to Sioux Falls the weekend after Thanksgiving. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend as we always do!
B & H were able to use high chairs with a lot of history! The red high chair was used by Brian's Mom and uncles and the blue one was used by Brian, Jon and Scott. Pretty amazing!

Play date

My friend Sarah from work came over with her daughter, Emerson, for a little twin fun! E is two months younger than the twinkies.

So Blessed

There is nothing more I love then these two peanuts in their diapers crawling around!

Winter Hats

My parents gave Brady and Hailey some cute winter hats when they were on their last trip abroad. I thought it would be fun to get some pictures with the kids wearing the hats together.  Let's just say my attemps were futile.  Brady is not what you would call a hat lover.  If it is not tied around his neck that hat is off as quick as possible.  Hailey on the other hand doesn't seem to notice.  Thanks for the cute hats Mom and Dad!

It is hard to believe our little twinkies are already nine months. 

Slow down you two... you're growing up too fast!

 

Look what I can do!

Hailey has been pulling herself up in the crib and everything else for a few weeks now. Luckily, she knows how to get back down!

4 Month Check-Up!

I had my 4 month appointment last week and the kiddos got to come along to hear their little sibling's heartbeat. We had a little wait in the room, so we kept busy with some food, the mirror, spinning on the doctor chair and, of course, a few rounds of Itsy bitsy spider and wheels on the bus. They were thoroughly entertained!

Alexis' 1st Birthday

A few weekends ago, Brady and Hailey's cousin, Alexis, celebrated her 1st birthday!  We made the trek down to Kansas City with our great little travelers to celebrate.  Brady and Alexis seemed to hit it off right from the start, thanks to Alexis' birthday skirt!

 



 

Alexis was very dainty and polite with her first birthday cake.  I can't wait to see who will be the cake smasher, I have a pretty good idea who that might be.  Only 3 more months to find out!

Lions and Tigers and Moose, Oh My!

For Halloween the kids were the fierciest lions and tigers you have ever seen!

 

Brian and I took the kids out to a few houses in the neighborhood with our neighbors the Neurbergs.  We had a lion, tiger and a raccoon (Ellen- 3 months).

My Mom was nice enough to stay at our place while we were out. Thanks Mom!

 

Carving Pumpkins

The family decided to carve some pumpkins this year for Halloween.  We set up newspapers on the floor for obvious reasons. It turns out the newspaper was far more exciting than the pumpkins.

Fall Weather

A few weekends ago we spent some family time out in the yard and the leaves. Dad did some leaf raking and the kids and I did some playing. Naturally, we had to get the cliche pictures of the kids in a pile of leaves. 

 

 

 

Hailey fell back into the leaves and was not pleased about it.  I just kept on shooting the pictures, for which Brian thought I was very mean.
