Visiting Grandma & Grandpa

We headed down to Sioux Falls for a quick weekend at the end of October.
We enjoyed visiting the great-grandmas, playing at the Sioux Falls Park and checking out the local apple orchard.

 

 

 

 

Apple Jack's Orchard 2014

The Murrays and Helds made our annual trip to the Apple Orchard.  We went a little later this year, so it was a bit chilly.  We had a great time enjoying some cousin time!

 

 

Hailey's First Haircut

Hailey finally had her first official haircut in mid September.  She was not overly excited or impressed while she was getting her haircut.  She did, however, like telling everyone about getting her haircut and having a sucker after!!

 

Sever's Corn Maze

We headed to Sever's Corn Maze with some friends to enjoy the nice fall weather!  We were able to visit the petting zoo, see the pig races, play in the corn maze and get lost in the corn maze!  The kids had such a blast!

Service Truck Day 2014

We headed to the Hopkins Service Truck Day to see all sorts of trucks, ambulances, police cars and so much more.  The kids loved it, especially the

Henning/Rath Wedding

September 27, 2014
B & H: 2.5 years
C: 16 months

The family traveled to Laurel, NE to celebrate the wedding of Brian's cousin, Lee Henning.  Brady played a very special role in the wedding as a ring-bearer!  We were a little nervous on how he would do (since he was only 2.5), but he rocked it!  He made it all the way down the aisle, though it was very slow since he did the wide leg walk all the way up!  The flower girl walked around him, since he was taking his sweet time.  It was adorable!! I was so proud of him and I think he was pretty proud of himself!

The kids had a blast at the reception and actually danced for a few hours (2 hours past their bedtime)!  They were so fun to watch and dance with.  I was so proud of all of them!
